Smoked Salmon & Black Olive Spread
Ingredients:
—3/4 Pound Smoked Salmon or Lox
—1 Package Cream Cheese, softened
—4 Oz. Dry Cottage Cheese
—2 Tbsp Minced Onion
—1/2 Cup Minced Black Olives (Oil-Cured or Niçoise)
—1/4 Tsp Salt
—1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
- Mince the smoked salmon or lox.
- In a metal or glass bowl, blend salmon or lox with cream cheese and cottage cheese.
- Blend in onion, olives, salt, and pepper.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill briefly.
- Plate with or spread on your choice of breads, bruschetta, or crackers.
- Serve with Hagafen Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc and enjoy!!
