Smoked Salmon & Black Olive Spread

Ingredients:

—3/4 Pound Smoked Salmon or Lox
—1 Package Cream Cheese, softened
—4 Oz. Dry Cottage Cheese
—2 Tbsp Minced Onion
—1/2 Cup Minced Black Olives (Oil-Cured or Niçoise)
—1/4 Tsp Salt
—1/4 Tsp Black Pepper


Directions:

  1. Mince the smoked salmon or lox.
  2. In a metal or glass bowl, blend salmon or lox with cream cheese and cottage cheese.
  3. Blend in onion, olives, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill briefly.
  5. Plate with or spread on your choice of breads, bruschetta, or crackers.
  6. Serve with Hagafen Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc and enjoy!!
