2009 Hagafen Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a well-established vineyard in the Eastern foothills of the Napa Valley, where the hot days and cool nights are ideal for creating crisp, clean, long-finishing food friendly wine. On the nose, our highly aromatic Sauvignon Blanc shows lemon, grape fruit, and kiwi. This crisp, bracing, mouth-watering wine fills the palate with a well integrated mix of bright fruit, including lemon drops, limes, grapefruit, and citrus zest, with just a hint of tingly liveliness. Balanced and with solid structure, our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc works well with a variety of fish and lighter, roasted game dishes.
