The Kosher Wine Society is so excited to introduce the first in a series of Summer Food and Wine Pairing events!
Menu
We will be starting the evening with Hors D'ouevres paired with the Hagafen Brut. For our first course we will be serving an elegant Summer Roasted Beet Soup With Mandarin Oranges paired with the Hagafen Sauvignon Blanc. For the second course we will enjoy the Duck and Spinach Soft Egg Ravioli with White Truffle broth paired with the Hagafen Oak Knoll District Chardonnay. For the Main Course we will have the Teriyaki Marinated Sliced Fillet of beef paired with both the Prix Mélange Red Table Wine and the Hagafen Cabernet. Don't forget to leave room for Dessert since we will be having the delicious Warm Limousin Fresh Cherry Clafoutis paired with the Hagafen White Riesling.
