2017 Don Ernesto Fuego Sparkling

2017 is a year we will not soon forget. But, as Benjamin Franklin said, “Out of adversity comes opportunity”. We had 2 wines survive the 2017 fires. One was our beautiful Syrah. The other is this new Don Ernesto sparkling wine which we named “Fuego”  (Spanish for fire) to evoke the year. Dry, bright and crisp with beautiful light strawberry and pear, this small production wine (made just for our club) will help you toast to your adversities and find the silver linings in all of them!
